Industry Specific Compliance The Jharkhand State Electricity Regulatory Commission (JSERC) on November 14, 2025, issued the JSERC (Electricity Supply Code) (Third Amendment) Regulations, 2025.

This shall come into force from April 01, 2026.

It states that “4.5 Consumers connected at 33 kV and higher voltage level will be eligible for voltage rebate as determined by the Commission from time to time.”
